SDSI Business Systems was founded in Indianapolis by a small group of engineers and former construction professionals who saw a critical gap: estimating software that was either too simplistic or overwhelmingly complex and expensive.

Over 40 years later, we remain an independent, privately held company. Our flagship product, Rapid Estimator, is used daily by more than 1,200 contractors across the United States and Canada. We’ve also built hundreds of custom Windows applications for clients who needed specialized tools that off-the-shelf software could never provide.
